This Privacy Policy explains how SupTop LLC ("SupTop", "we") handles personal data collected through suptop.us.
When you use the "Request a quote" form, we receive the information you type: your name, company, e-mail address, the product, volume and destination you are interested in, and your message. Our web host and Cloudflare also process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs, for security and to deliver the Site. Your IP address is included in the e-mail we receive, to help us detect abuse.
We use your data to reply to your request, to carry out KYC and compliance checks, to introduce you to a suitable counterparty where relevant, and to protect the Site from abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
We use Namecheap (hosting and e-mail forwarding) and Cloudflare (DNS, security and content delivery). The contact form sends your request by e-mail to our mailbox through our hosting server. These providers process data on our behalf and may be located in the United States or elsewhere.
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies required for security. The contact section displays a Google Maps map of our office. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
We share your details with a prospective counterparty only when needed for a transaction you asked us to pursue, and with authorities when the law requires it.
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal and compliance record-keeping duties, then delete them.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or Canada), you may have additional rights. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a reasonable time.
Our outreach complies with CAN-SPAM (USA) and CASL (Canada). Every commercial message identifies SupTop and lets you opt out.
We use HTTPS and reasonable technical measures, but no online service is fully secure. We may update this policy by posting a new version here.
