These Terms of Use govern your use of suptop.us (the "Site"), operated by SupTop LLC, a company registered in Texas, USA ("SupTop", "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms.
SupTop is a business intermediary. We introduce buyers to sellers of energy and industrial commodities and earn a commission on completed transactions under a written commission agreement. We do not take title to, store or ship goods, and we are not a party to any sale contract. We are not a broker-dealer, refinery or carrier.
Information on the Site, including product descriptions and the Market Reference table, is indicative only. It is not an offer, quotation or commitment. Prices change daily and final prices are quoted per transaction. All offers are subject to supplier mandate, availability, KYC checks and applicable law.
We deal only in lawful products. We refuse any transaction involving sanctioned persons, entities, vessels or origins (OFAC, UN, EU, UK, Canada). Products are offered from non-sanctioned origins only. All parties must pass KYC/AML checks and must comply with applicable export control, sanctions and trade laws. Each buyer and seller is solely responsible for its own legal compliance. We never request advance fees from buyers.
Sending a request does not create a contract or any obligation for either party. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the company you represent.
The Site design, text and logo belong to SupTop LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Product images on the Site are illustrative and the actual appearance of a product may vary.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupTop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on indicative information on the Site or from transactions between buyers and sellers.
The Site may link to third-party sources, such as the U.S. Energy Information Administration. We are not responsible for their content.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes fall under the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
